I generally don’t love fantasy books. But I read The House in the Cerulean Sea a year or so ago, and enjoyed it! I haven’t heard of this book. But I did see Cerulean Sea #2 comes out this fall!
I’m not a huge fantasy reader either but something about his writing makes me feel like a kid again in the best way while also treating me like a grown up. I don’t know how he does it. It’s truly magical.
